Q-Catch 54 Series Cattle Squeeze Crush
The Q-Catch 54 Series is the latest in the Q-Catch range from Arrowquip. With reduced features for a cost effective option for smaller farms, the 54 Series features the same Q-Catch head gate as it’s larger siblings.
Options include: head holder, sternum bar, rump bar, loadbar mounting brackets.
The Q-Catch 54 Series comes as standard with a 5-year warranty plus a lifetime guarantee on the head gate lock, squeeze locks and rump fingers.
Q-Catch Head Gate
Featuring the latest style Q-Catch head gate with vertical bar design allowing more light into the front of the crush. Draw animals forward without force.
With the infinite-lock headgate design the headgate is always locked and cannot be pushed open from the inside. This means we do not need a crash gate on the front as a precaution, so long a the headgate isn’t open wider than the animal it cannot escape.
With the sliding operating handle the headgate can be operated anywhere along the side of the crush.

Parallel squeeze from 750mm down to 197mm to handle all sizes of cattle

Applying pressure to the sides of the animal helps to reduce stress and lessens the chance of injury and bruising.
Sliding rear door is standard on all 54 Series Crushes with optional off-side operating handle.

Composite Rump Fingers
All 54 Series crushes come as standard with 4 purpose made composite nylon for quiet operation.

54 Series Crushes are standard with a steel floor. Folded at the edges for strength with box section bearers underneath.
Steel treads at intervals along the length of the crush for added traction.
Optional load bar/bolt down brackets.
Optional Sternum Bar to reduce the likelihood of cattle ‘going down’ in the crush.
Vet Cage Options
Q-Catch 54 Series are available with or without vet cages.
Vet access doors at the rear of the crush allow for a safer working area when carrying out tasks such as preg. checking.
Sliding doors are standard on crushes with or without vet cage.

Sternum Bar
Simple, bolt-in attachment. A Sternum Bar helps to prevent cattle from going down inside the crush. The sheeted design helps to minimise foot traps and the whole thing can be removed quickly and easily with just two bolts.

Weighing Equipment
