Q-Catch 74 Series Mobile Cattle Handling System

Incorporating the Q-Catch 74 Series squeeze crush with an adjustable race and foldable sweep pen. The 7408 has many of the great Arrowquip features in a system that is truly mobile.

74 Series Manual Squeeze Crush with Vet Cage as standard

The 7408 incorporates the Q-Catch 74 Series Manual Squeeze crush as standard with all of the same great features as the static 74 Series crushes.

Including:

• Q-Catch 3E Head Gate - open from anywhere along the side of the crush

• Infinite lock squeeze

• Full access both sides including full height needle doors

• Vet access door

• Sliding rear door

• Nylon bushed moving parts

Adjustable width ‘Easyflow’ race

Directly behind the crush with have an 8’ long, adjustable width race. Being able to narrow the race means smaller cattle can be handled without them turning. This saves time, effort and reduces the rick of injury to stock.

The sides of the race are cradle shaped to discourage jumping and can also be laid flat in case required as an emergency exit.

Simple pull rope latch assembly for quick adjustment.

Foldable Sweep Pen

The 7408 features a half-round, foldable sweep pen. This allows for safer and more efficient transferring of cattle into the race/crush.

Design can be folded out/packed away in under two minutes with no tools required.

Gate automatically latches as pushed round to help keep operators safe.

Folds down neatly for easy transport.

Manual Jacking System

The 7408 comes with a set of manual jacks. These are to wind to lift the unit, the wheels are removed and the the jacks lowered to return the unit to it’s working position.

Fork slots in the top of the unit allow for this operation to be undertaken with a telehandler.

Weighing Kit

An aluminium platform can be added to the race section of the system to facilitate accurate weighing.

Heavy duty, purpose made platform to fit the Arrowquip mobile systems.

Shape helps to eliminate foot traps.

Suitable for use with TruTest or Gallagher 600mm load bars.
