Arrowlock Head Gate
A step ahead of the flagship Q-Catch, the Arrowlock Head Gate operates on an innovative ratchet-style locking mechanism to provide a robust grip to put more force on the animal and keep it secured in place with little effort.
With a redesigned locking mechanism and three head gate settings, you’re guaranteed maximum hold every time.
Working with animal behaviour, the vertical bar design allows more light into the front of the crush, drawing animals forward without force.
The head gate handle is attached to a sliding bar, optimising efficiency by allowing the crush to be operated anywhere alongside. This means the operator can run the headgate and rear gate in tandem for a faster workflow.
Engineered For Strength
A 3”x3” base frame and 6”x2” top beams give the Arrowlock 88 Series manual squeeze cattle crush a heavy-duty mainframe.
Fork slots above the crush make moving easier.
Every 88 Series cattle crush is equipped to accommodate a wheel kit, enabling you to attach a drawbar and wheels, along with a jacking kit. This feature facilitates hassle-free transportation of your crush between different sites without the need for a forklift.
Rubber Floor
Arrowlock 88 Series manual squeeze cattle crush is fitted as standard with a textured rubber floor that features metal traction bars.
Virgin, tractor tyre grade rubber provides a quiet and slip-resistant floor.
The rubber floor features a lifetime guarantee.
A sternum bar can be installed to keep cattle from going down in the crush. This can easily be removed for working small calves.
Maximum Squeeze
Parallel squeeze from 800mm down to 197mm.
Working on an infinite friction lock, the width stays where the operator sets it seamlessly.
A complete new squeeze design allows far greater squeeze pressure to be applied (up to 3x a Q-Catch). The revolutionary ‘suspended’ side panels create a highly efficient and smooth action with torsion bars applying equal pressure to all four corners of each side. With zero ‘forward-aft’ or ‘up-down’ movement of the side panels, all of the users effort is put into restraining the animal and not lifting or moving the sides of the crush.
Full length, parallel squeeze including vet cage evenly applies pressure to the sides of the animal to reduce stress and injury by holding it secure.
The sliding rear door with an offside operating handle can be set to pull out or push in to best suit the operator’s preference.
Full Side Access
Sides of the crush open completely on both sides as one fixed door to give operators full side access to the animal with one easy lift of the handle.
The bottom section of the door is split into two individual doors, allowing for full or split access to the animal’s feet and belly.
Vet access doors have a full height door that opens in or out of the cattle crush.
Removable black gates allow for full access to the top of the animal. A section of open space sits between the front frame and the first black gates, allowing for safe and easy neck access without the need to open a gate.
Composite Rump Fingers and Rump Bar
All 87 Series crushes come as standard with 2 full rows of composite rump fingers. These are purpose made composite nylon for quiet operation.
Two rows allows for a greater variety of cattle sizes and allows for either the top or bottom doors to be open while the rump bar is in place.
Lifetime guarantee as standard on all Arrowquip rump fingers.
87 Series come standard with rubber coated fibre glass rump bar.
Extra Quiet
The high quality, engineered design of an 88 Series cattle crush provides an incredibly quiet, stress-free working environment.
This includes poly-coated slam latches, nylon bushes, nylon rump fingers and a textured, rubber floor.
