Latest 3E Head Gate Design
With the vertical bar design, more light enters the front of the crush helping to encourage animals forwards.
The ‘curtain style’ front and rear gates allow for quick operation.
The front and rear gates run on nylon rollers to keep noise and maintenance to a minimum.

Hydraulic operation for increased force and ease of use
Applying pressure to the sides of the animal helps to reduce stress and lessens the chance of injury and bruising.
With a 107 Series the vet cage (standard) also squeezes with the rest of the crush.
Heavy Duty Hydraulics
Hydraulic components on the 107 Series are designed for longevity.
The single-phase power pack supplied as standard incorporates are powerful motor and large hydraulic reservoir, helping to keep oil cool even on long working days
The power pack is built on to a standalone frame allowing it to be mounted up to 60 feet away from the crush, keeping noise and vibration away from the working area.
Hydrraulic Control Swing Arm
All 107 Series crushes come with controls mounted on a swing arm.
Controls for all four functions (head gate, rear gate, squeeze and neck extenders (where fitted) and in one bank of levers for ease of use.
Swing arm will go from one side of the crush to the other to enhance usability for a range of tasks and set-ups.
Rubber Floor
The Q-Power 107 Series is fitted as standard with a rubber floor.
Made by Goodyear from virgin rubber, this textured floor is both slip resistant and quiet.
The only rubber floor that is guaranteed for life.
Optional sternum bar helps to prevent cattle from going down in the crush.
Full Side Access
With vet cage as standard and a range of access points the Q-Power 107 Series gives users multiple options to best suits their working practises.
Horizontal opening top and bottom doors which can be pegged together and operated as one.
Opening and removable ‘branding gates’ (black railed sections) can also be reversed to open either way
Drop down and removable needle access door for TB testing
Composite Rump Fingers and Rump Bar
The 107 Series crushes come as standard with 2 full rows of composite rump fingers. These are purpose made composite nylon for quiet operation.
Two rows allows for a greater variety of cattle sizes and allows for either the top or bottom doors to be open while the rump bar is in place.

107 Series come standard with rubber coated fibre glass rump bar.
Extra Quiet
With nylon bushes on moving parts and hinges, rubber floor and nylon rump fingers the 87 Series is already a really quiet crush. With the new poly-coated slam latches, today it is even quieter.
Hydraulic Neck Extenders
107 Series crushes can be specified with hydraulic neck extenders.
Mounted to the headgate the neck extenders are operated from the control arm and are used to gently pull the head of the animal forwards.
Makes tasks such as injecting, tagging and TB testing easier, safer and more accurate.

Sternum Bar
Simple, bolt-in attachment. A Sternum Bar helps to prevent cattle from going down inside the crush. The sheeted design helps to minimise foot traps and the whole thing can be removed quickly and easily with just two bolts.

Weighing Equipment
