Latest 3E Head Gate Design

Arrowquip’s barred 3E head gate lets cattle see light and open space beyond the crush, encouraging them to move forward with less hesitation.

Fast-response hydraulic operation provides a controlled catch and release, with a head gate opening ranging from 800 mm fully open to 102 mm fully closed.

Built For Strength

The Powerlock 1075 is built for regular farm use, with a robust frame, upgraded head gate track and accessible hydraulic components.

Its approximately 76 × 76 × 3 mm bottom rails accommodate a through-axle tube for the optional wheel kit, making it practical to move between handling areas.

Heavy-Duty Hydraulics

Hydraulic operation takes the repeated manual effort out of controlling the head gate, squeeze and rear gate.

Responsive controls help you work through cattle efficiently, while tidy hose routing and accessible components make routine servicing more straightforward.

The full-length squeeze includes the standard vet cage, providing consistent restraint along the animal’s body.

Rubber Floor

Moulded rubber flooring helps cattle maintain secure footing while reducing noise underfoot. Traction bars come as standard for added grip.

The floor extends throughout the crush, providing a continuous surface for cattle to walk through and making cleaning easier.

Integrated mounting brackets allow load bars to be fitted or the crush to be secured to concrete.

Hydraulic Control Swing Arm

Keep the head gate, squeeze and rear gate controls together on one pivoting swing arm.

The arm allows operation from either side of the crush and from further behind the animal, helping you choose a working position that supports cattle flow and suits your handling layout.

Controls for optional hydraulic neck extenders are also mounted on the swing arm.

Maximum Squeeze

Full length parallel squeeze from 800mm down to 197mm.

This operates smoothly and effortlessly on hydraulics.

Full Side Access

Independent upper and lower doors let you open the access points needed for each job or use them together for a full side exit.

Removable side panels can be positioned to suit the task, while drop-down, removable needle access provides room for neck injections and TB testing.

The standard vet cage can be entered from either side. Its door opens through 180° when the bull rump bar extender is removed.

Composite Rump Fingers and Rump Bar

Two rows of nylon rump fingers help manage backward movement when handling cattle of different sizes.

The rubber-coated fibreglass rump bar is lightweight and slip-resistant for easier positioning.

A bull rump bar extender is included as standard, providing additional restraint options and preventing the vet cage door from swinging through when slammed shut.

Engineered for Quietness

Over 100 noise-reducing points help limit distracting sounds throughout the Powerlock 1075.

Rubber absorbers on the side panels, poly bushes in hinges and pivot points, coated slam latches and nylon blocks on the head and rear gates reduce metal-on-metal noise.

Together with the moulded rubber floor, these features support quieter, calmer cattle handling.

Hydraulic Neck Extenders

Optional hydraulic neck extenders gently extend the animal’s neck forward to improve head control and access.

Operated from the hydraulic control swing arm, they help position cattle for tagging, injections and other close-up treatments.
